I would come at different times of the day just to see if I was coming at bad times. No every single time I come to this Starbucks it's 15-20mins waiting in the drive thru line. That's just ridiculous! It takes 6 women to make a TALL vanilla bean Frappiccino with EXTRA Carmel drizzle.!! But don't even put enough to Carmel. I didn't pay for extra Carmel for you to only put a little bit! And they made it so sloppy! Why would I want Carmel drizzle on the side of my cup so my hands can get sticky when I'm driving?! My mom asked for vanilla sweet cream in her hot coffee they decided that she didn't need any today ! Like give your customers what they ask for. My morning is ruined ! I feel like throwing this coffee out ! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR MORNING RUINED!!September 09, 2016
