Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered 6 pizzas for a holiday party. After 3 hours pizzas never showed up and later we found out they were never even made! We had several conversations with the store and manager who informed us they were apologetic and pizzas were on the way. Complete lies! After pizzas never arrived, had family member go out and pick up the pizzas in person and they arrived at store to find they weren't even ready or prepared to be made, saying that their system had gone down. After four conversations with the manager you would think they could make a call back to us to find out our order if the system goes down. Seems extremely fishy. Sadly, after being a customer here I will never again order pizzas from domino's and will continue to discourage my friends from ordering here after this experience.

ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. These clowns are unbelievable... We placed an order at 6:00pm and was told it would be 1.5hours... when we called 1.5 hours later, they said it would be 10 minutes... 20 minutes later they said they were looking for the order. BTW we ordered 6 pizzas for a holiday party. After they lied about the time frame, we went to go pick up the pizzas since they confirmed they would finally be ready. Upon arrival, no pizzas were even started for the order at around 9:00pm... clowns these guys are and no one should order from here if they ever want to taste crap pizza again made by slobs.

This whole parking lot is pretty much one giant pizza war. Across an expanse of asphalt and engines, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and the Garlic Knot stare each other down, each and every day, while Subway, Winston Hills, Village Inn, and King Soopers all sulk in the background, sad that they're not pizza places.

Unfortunately, Domino's loses the pizza wars in this neck of the woods, hands down. We've had pizza from here with crust that was literally still frozen, pizza that was cut improperly, and completely wrong orders.

The drivers and crew work hard, and I don't get the impression that these errors are from not caring about their jobs or some sort of malicious intent. They just aren't very good at what they do.

Pizza Hut is the next step up, but their recipes leave a little to be desired.

The winner of the Pizza Wars in these parts is definitely the Garlic Knot. Great pizza, an actual restaurant to sit and enjoy your food, quick delivery service, and a superb staff.

2/27/17. 2 hours for a medium Pizza....I don't Think so. Shortly after submitting an Online order, I get a call from the location saying it is going to take an hour and a half, not including delivery time, and to top it all off, they tell me the refund will take 72 hours to return to my Debit card...Completely unacceptable.
    Update 2/28/17
I decided to give them another chance, because I still wanted a pasta dish...Well that was a mistake. Took a solid hour to get my food, the online tracker wouldn't even give the time that things were completed, and because it sat so long because they are having "Driver Issues", my food is now luke warm at best. At least the salad I ordered is fresh, or at least as fresh as a prepackaged supermarket type salad can be.

This is not the first time this has happened but ordered a pizza with light sauce and there was so much sauce it was a mess and disgusting. Called the place to tell them and the guy I talked to couldn't have cared less. Didn't fix the problem. Basically was like too bad and hung up. Terrible customer service. I would say this happens 75% of the time with this domino's.
